Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting, including software/AI/ML hires.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical recruitment across AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, web and mobile, and leadership.
• Develop recruiting strategy, team structure, and processes to drive growth.
• Manage critical senior-level searches including market mapping and offers.
• Set standards for evaluating technical candidates based on contributions and impact.
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to define hiring requirements and processes.
• Build and coach a high-performing recruiting team; improve sourcing and pipeline.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and market intel to improve quality, speed, and conversion.
• Create scalable recruitment networks across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Balance structured processes with sound professional judgment to ensure quality.
