• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through accepted offer.
• Source passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates for experience, alignment, compensation, location, and motivation.
• Present qualified candidates with compelling profiles.
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and closing.
