Job summary

Fuse Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant disciplines. You’ll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse’s growth plans.

Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from high-growth tech firms and hedge funds. Screen, assess, and close candidates while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, AI, data science or similar) in high-performance environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse’s growth plans.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across engineering, AI, and quant sectors.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
