Job summary

FuseGlobal Partners is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This fully remote role focuses on recruiting professional contingent talent for Fortune 500 clients across technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS, and prioritize genuine fit over keyword matches.

Qualifications

• Prior professional recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or contingent workforce.
• Proven success sourcing and placing professional-level candidates.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer, and placement.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop a strong understanding of each position and identify candidates based on genuine fit, not simply keyword matches.
• Conduct effective candidate interviews and assess experience, skills, communication, motivation, compensation, and overall suitability.
• Present well-qualified candidates clearly and professionally to our clients.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage multiple active positions and candidate pipelines while maintaining timely and accurate ATS records.
• Work closely with our recruiting and client-facing team to prioritize openings, share market feedback, and continuously improve our approach.
