Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior Engineering leaders.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, funnel management, and closing.
• Analytical with recruiting data to diagnose funnel issues.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Engineering leadership in Palo Alto.
• Own high-priority technical searches including senior engineering roles.
• Drive search strategy from intake to close with market mapping and targeting.
• Improve interviewing operations and process efficiency.
• Raise the technical hiring bar with better assessments.
• Use data to drive recruiting performance and identify bottlenecks.
