LYA Collective in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and technical roles, working with the founders to build the recruiting function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will source and engage top technical talent across AI labs, quant firms, big tech, and leading universities, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time on-site role in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for engineering roles.
• Experience sourcing and closing hard-to-fill technical talent.
• Ability to partner with founders on hiring strategy and process design.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software, infrastructure, AI, and product engineering roles.
• Build high-quality outbound sourcing pipelines targeting top technical talent.
• Partner with founders on hiring strategy, interview design, and closing.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience reflecting the company culture.
• Help establish the recruiting function's systems, workflows, and tools.
