Job summary

Adapty is hiring recruiters to own a portfolio of roles across engineering, product, marketing and sales. You will partner with hiring managers and founders to move fast, map the market, and build pipelines through direct sourcing while maintaining high standards.

You should have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, proven success closing Senior/Lead roles, and a data-driven mindset. Fluent English and Russian are preferred, with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
• Closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
• You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention.

Responsibilities

• Own vacancies end to end: intake with hiring manager through offer.
• Hire the best people, fast, with a tight process while maintaining standards.
• Proactively build pipelines: direct outreach and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on briefs and data-driven decisions.
• Run structured interviews and assess against our values and competencies.
• Keep ATS clean with scorecards and pipeline updates.
• Help improve the hiring process with scalable improvements.
