Optiver is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in the United States to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to craft hiring strategies, interview processes, and competitive offers.

You will build strong pipelines, advise leaders with market insights, and deliver a top-tier candidate experience while aligning with Optiver's collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical talent.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in finance, tech, or professional services.
• Knowledge of talent markets for software and hardware engineers is advantageous.
• Consultative approach with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to analyze candidate data for reporting using Excel and AI tools.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights and coaching on hiring best practices.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, leveraging market mapping, referrals, research, and creative outreach.
• Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health, providing actionable insights to inform hiring strategy.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, representing Optiver's culture throughout the journey.
