Qualifications

• Must have experience running intake, sourcing, screening, and pipeline management for a US-based fast-paced startup or high-growth company.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of engineering roles is essential.
• Able to own searches independently and drive the process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across open roles, with focus on engineering when needed.
• Coordinate weekly hiring manager syncs and keep searches on track.
• Manage active pipelines and move candidates through stages with clear feedback.
