Job summary

Nourish in New York City is hiring a Tech Recruiter to lead full-cycle sourcing, screening, and candidate management for our technical teams. This role is hybrid (2+ days/week) with an office in Gramercy, and partners with TA, exec, and EPDA leadership to attract top talent.

We seek 4+ years of recruiting, including 1+ year in tech roles, ideally from fast-growing startups. Bring a hunter mindset, passion for building great teams, and the ability to operate in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at an early-stage startup with fast growth is preferred.
• Ability to own end-to-end recruitment and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong hunter mindset and data-driven approaches to TA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
• Partner with functional leaders and the broader TA team to understand hiring needs and implement effective processes.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and timely.
• Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through diverse sourcing channels.
• Strengthen Nourish's employer brand and hiring processes to set a gold standard in talent acquisition.

About The Role

As a Tech Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with the TA, exec, and EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics) leadership on attracting and acquiring top talent for all technical functions. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management. You’ll be directly responsible for growing our technical teams while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. This is an exciting opportunity with high exposure, visibility, and business partnering!

This role is full-time and only open to NYC‑based candidates (hybrid schedule – 2+ days/wk). Our office is in the heart of Gramercy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
• Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
• Proactively attract and engage world‑class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)
• Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process; our success depends on how well we hire and you’ll introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

• You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
• You’ve worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.

• You’re deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.
