Firecrawl is hiring a senior recruiter to own the full-cycle process across multiple channels, including AI partners, agencies, and direct sourcing. You will calibrate partner outputs to the real bar, move candidates through screening, chats, references, and offers, and represent the first impression for most applicants.

You’ll also recruit at events, help plan operations, and own Ashby pipelines. This role sits in SF or Toronto with hybrid in-office requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a track record of technical hires at startups.
• Experience managing multiple channels and partners to hit hiring goals.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled recruiting tools and ATS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Own every recruiting channel and run as one funnel across AI partners, agencies, sourcing tools and referrals.
• Brief partners from hiring manager bars and provide fast, targeted feedback.
• Judge submissions against the bar and focus on quality over volume.
• Directly source when a channel underperforms for hard roles.
• Manage screening, intro chats, scheduling, references, offers, and closing.
• Be the first point of contact for most candidates and leave a positive impression.
• Recruit at events like Firecrawl After Dark and hackathons.
• Help plan events and contribute to operations beyond hiring.
• Own Ashby as a system and report funnel metrics to the team.
• Keep postings current and ensure smooth onboarding handoffs.
