Job summary

Coder is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

You will partner with hiring teams, manage pipelines in Ashby and Notion, and drive a transparent, candidate-focused process from intake to offer, while balancing speed and empathy. Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting for technical roles, incl. Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and presenting Coder to candidates.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; timely and respectful.
• Organized pipelines, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Experience with Ashby ATS and startup environments; openness to using AI tools in hiring.
• Experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open-source teams.
• Proven track record at scaling high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake to offer.
• Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative outreach.
• Manage hiring teams end-to-end with proactive communication and feedback.
• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategy using data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. for team alignment.
