Job summary

Abridge is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to build Platform and ML Engineering teams. You will own the full lifecycle, partner with engineering leadership, and source passive candidates to fuel our growth in healthcare AI.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work from our San Francisco or New York offices at least three days per week, with remote days other times. You'll shape technical hiring strategy and employer branding across the technical community.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-growth environments.
Proven track record hiring senior engineers (Platform/ML).
Strategic advisor to hiring managers and data-driven decision making.
Strong business acumen to forecast needs and impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Hands-on with recruiting tech and process optimization.
Passion for healthcare technology and AI.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Platform Engineering and ML roles.
Partner with Engineering leadership to understand technical requirements and priorities.
Source passive candidates through creative outreach and talent pipelines.
Drive inclusive recruiting and equitable experiences.
Enhance employer brand by communicating mission and culture.
Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
Provide data-driven insights on market trends and compensation.
