Job summary

Hop is seeking a senior technical recruiter to close elite roles and build deep client relationships while learning to integrate AI into the recruiting workflow with Moon Engine. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to test the platform and shape its development.

This is a hands-on, dual-track role: master high-stakes recruiting while becoming an AI-enabled advisor for Fortune 500 clients and top startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting senior/leadership technical talent.
• Exceptional ability to manage client relationships and close candidates.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting fundamentals with high-stakes searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles and own client relationships.
• Build trust with CTOs and engineering leaders, delivering hiring outcomes.
• Test Moon Engine in production and provide feedback for AI-enabled workflows.
• Transition enterprise clients to AI-enabled hiring and contribute to playbooks.
