HopHR is redefining executive recruitment for AI-first organizations. You’ll close senior technical roles, build deep client relationships, and drive adoption of Moon Engine as a pre-launch platform.

You’ll partner with CTOs and VPs to design search strategies, lead full-cycle hiring, and integrate AI-powered sourcing and screening. Expect high-stakes, high-impact work with Fortune 500 and top startups.

Qualifications

5+ years recruiting technical talent, with a track record of closing senior/leadership roles.
Exceptional client relationship skills enabling executives to trust and partner long-term.
Candidate relationship mastery: attract, engage, and close passive, high-level candidates.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles (e.g., ML Engineers, Staff+ Engineers, Data Platform leads).
Build and maintain client relationships, partnering with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders as trusted advisor.
Manage candidate relationships through sourcing, interviewing, and closing with white-glove service.
Run strategic intake sessions translating business needs into precise hiring strategies.
Deliver results with timelines and client satisfaction for high-impact searches.
Test Moon Engine in production and learn AI-assisted workflows.
Document best practices and become expert in human + AI recruiting workflows.
