Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment across Sales, RevOps and Marketing.
• Experience conducting market mapping and talent landscape work that informs hiring decisions.
• Ability to calibrate candidate profiles and present trade-offs, not just execute against a pre-defined profile.

Responsibilities

• Advise on what to hire and the profile needed, including comp and level.
• Present market data and benchmarks to inform headcount decisions.
• Run intake sessions to align success criteria before sourcing.
• Develop and grow GTM candidate networks for faster searches.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, RevOps, and Marketing with consistent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Finance to manage offers and leveling.
