Job summary

defi SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced staff-level Senior Project Manager to support day‑to‑day PMO activities and ensure predictable delivery of detailed project plans. The role requires coordinating across departments, monitoring budgets, and aligning delivery with enterprise standards and governance.

The ideal candidate will excel in communicating with executives, managing client expectations, and producing reports on progress, risks, and resolutions for leadership and steering groups.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including delivering technology projects in a large, complex business environment.
• Established working knowledge of project management, best practices and demonstrated experience working in accordance with standard project management rules, tools and processes.
• Proven thought leader who thinks strategically, communicates with influence, and builds trust-based relationships.
• Proven experience operating in large, complex business environments, delivering mission critical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced project management across initiatng, planning, executing, implementing and closing.
• Define key deliverables and milestones and identify tasks to achieve project outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule and budget across departments.
• Create integrated project plans with stakeholders to meet goals and budgets.
• Report actual performance vs. planned performance and manage vendor work.
