Job summary

defi SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office and drive successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. The role focuses on detailed project planning, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to enterprise governance across multiple geographies.

The candidate will manage day-to-day PMO activities, ensure budget adherence, and provide clear communications to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management in large, complex environments.
• Experience delivering technology projects across multiple product teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise PDLC standards and governance models.
• Ability to manage budgets and client expectations across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced project management across initiating, planning, executing, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate across departments to meet requirements within budget and time constraints.
• Monitor progress and report risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with executive management and leadership teams.
• Coach and mentor associates, teams, product sponsors, and managers.
