Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology to drive complex technology programs across risk, engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will apply advanced technical and analytical skills to deliver on strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk controls.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools for program governance, manage budgets and resources, and mentor high-performing teams while communicating effectively

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management in a large organization.
Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional influence across teams and clients.
Experience leading complex technology programs spanning platforms, services, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive program and project plans across multiple workstreams.
Own outcomes end-to-end; surface issues, drive decisions, implement corrective actions.
Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with proper validation.
Identify and mitigate risks early; maintain RAID and contingency plans.
Drive execution rigor and remove blockers across teams.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Assess program health with data-driven analysis and optimize for efficiency.
Foster collaboration and resolve cross-functional issues with stakeholders and sponsors.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance with human review.
