Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support PM workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks before use, with proper escalation.
• Strong analytical reasoning to break down objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
• Proven ability to plan and execute programs across scope, budgets, governance, and milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and scaled delivery.
• Leadership in coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing risks, controls, dependencies, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements and timelines.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while handling data per sensitivity rules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks; implement risk strategies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, including budgets and milestones.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, risk, and portfolio stakeholders to align outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to improve flow and predictability.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and drive agile program execution and governance.
• Deliver executive-grade communications, metrics, and governance insights.
• Promote AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and delivery standards.
