Qualifications

• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks with data-handling awareness.
• Strong analytical reasoning to break down objectives into tasks.
• Proven ability to plan programs across scope, resources, budgets, and milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management from engineers to executives with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs including budgets and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and business stakeholders to align outcomes.
• Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to improve flow and predictability.
• Provide executive-level metrics and governance insights translating complexity into value.
• Promote AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and standards.
