Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, with data handling awareness.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and operate in high-pressure environments.
• Advanced stakeholder management and ability to drive beneficial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans; oversee execution with resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and roadblocks.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting with proper validation and data sensitivity.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; provide direction and define decision-making processes.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and staying current with emerging technologies.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and continuous improvement with human oversight and delivery alignment.
