Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Controls / Governance Lead Technical Program Manager within Consumer and Community Bank - Business Banking Technology. You will guide large-scale technology programs with discipline, transparency, and accountability, driving end-to-end execution and governance across teams.

You will translate complex updates into executive-ready materials, manage risks and issues, and partner with engineering, product, controls, and business management to align priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large orgs.
• Experience with governance, controls, risk management and audit remediation.
• Proven ability to deliver executive communications and leadership support.
• Experience using AI-assisted approaches in program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide controls, risk governance and executive reporting.
• Lead planning and execution for technology programs and leadership priorities across Business Banking Technology.
• Develop program plans, governance cadence, milestones, and action plans with clear ownership.
• Use AI-assisted planning while ensuring data sensitivity and validation of outputs.
• Coordinate across teams to define scope, deliverables, dependencies, and status updates.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and governance forums to summarize decisions, risks, and next steps.
