Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience coordinating resources, budgets, and timelines in large organizations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery for RCCS initiatives across markets from intake to post-launch.
• Build integrated program plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive cross-team execution with engineering, product, operations, and business.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and establish escalation paths.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and governance tailored for complex deliveries.
• Establish reporting with OKRs/KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Support regulatory, risk, and control considerations with documentation and testing.
• Align technical direction with target architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Improve investigation workflows and root-cause analyses with upstream fixes.
• Promote reuse-first AI-assisted practices in governance and reporting.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
