Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to help build a GenAI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You’ll work with engineering, design, and research to clarify priorities and ship AI-enabled features that deliver real client value.

You’ll use client data and analytics to shape the roadmap, justify decisions, and communicate with both technical and stakeholder audiences. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of agile product experience are required, with GenAI tooling experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years delivering digital products with agile teams.
• Experience integrating GenAI / LLM tooling.
• Ability to discuss API requirements and architecture.
• Ability to use data to prioritize.

Responsibilities
