ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-driven HCM capabilities for small businesses. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to ship features that leverage Generative AI, prioritizing client needs and measurable outcomes.

You will show credibility through shipped projects, market insights, and a proactive approach to adopting GenAI tooling within product workflows. This role emphasizes customer obsession and technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical, analytical, or design background a plus.
• 3+ years of experience defining and delivering digital products with agile teams from discovery through launch.
• Experience integrating GenAI / LLM tooling into workflows.
• Understanding of how large language models and AI-powered automation work; ability to articulate tradeoffs.
• Ability to engage with engineers on API requirements or architecture diagrams and apply AI/LLM system concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with engineering, design, and research teams to clarify priorities and unblock work.
• Write sharp requirements and break down problems into testable increments; form a point of view without waiting for perfect information.
• Instrument the product to monitor performance, pull metrics, and measure success to improve outcomes.
• Stay close to real users through session recordings, support tickets, client calls, and data to shape the roadmap with UXR.
