Job summary

AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate our AI-enabled enterprise product roadmap from discovery to delivery in Atlanta.

You will bridge product strategy and engineering, own the backlog, and drive AI agent integrations across HR/payroll and workforce management domains in an agile environment.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team as we accelerate our digital product roadmap by integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our core enterprise solutions.

With AI dramatically compressing product development lifecycles, we are looking for a product leader who can bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end feature discovery, ideation, and delivery—specifically focusing on leveraging AI agents and machine learning capabilities within our Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Ideation: Lead discovery workshops, analyze customer workflows, and define requirements for innovative features that leverage AI to drive operational efficiency and improve end-user experience.
• AI Agent Integration: Conceptualize, specify, and guide the delivery of AI-driven agents and automation within the product, transforming how users interact with core platform capabilities.
• Product-to-Engineering Execution: Partner closely with cross-functional engineering and technical architecture teams to streamline the delivery pipeline, eliminate friction points, and maintain high velocity from feature concept to market launch.
• Roadmap & Backlog Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, feature capabilities, and sprint goals in agile environments, aligning functional delivery with overarching strategic business outcomes.
• Domain Alignment: Ensure AI capabilities meet strict enterprise compliance, regulatory standards, and functional requirements tailored to human resources, payroll, tax, and workforce management operations.

Required Qualifications

• Product Management Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager driving platform strategy, feature prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise applications.
• Hands-on AI Experience: Direct experience delivering AI-enabled product features, including AI agents, intelligent automation, or machine learning integrations.
• Agile & Technical Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams to decompose complex capabilities into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence with experience conducting requirements workshops, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• HCM Domain Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) products, including:
• Payroll processing & financial compliance
• HR management systems (HRIS / HRMS)
• Tax filing, regulatory compliance, or workforce administration
• Technical Background: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), API integrations, or modern enterprise SaaS software modernization.
