Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager in Alpharetta, GA to steer AI-powered product strategy and execution across platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering and business leaders to define direction, measure outcomes, and deliver value for clients and executives alike. You will translate ambiguous problems into concrete roadmaps, drive KPIs and OKRs, and ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years in Technical Product Management, Solutions Architecture, or Software Engineering.
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
Experience owning a product P&L or contributing to revenue growth or cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customers and translate insights into product strategy and execution.
Define, build, and evaluate AI-powered solutions balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
Partner with engineering and business leaders to shape product direction and drive outcomes.
Transform ambiguity into clarity through research, analysis, and execution.
