ADP is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape a next-generation AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You will partner with engineers, designers and researchers to ship capabilities that improve payroll, HR and compliance experiences while leveraging GenAI to drive value.

You will lead with a data-driven lens, own the product roadmap, and collaborate across teams to turn customer insights into reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of firsthand experience defining and delivering digital products with agile teams and business partners.
• Experience integrating GenAI / LLM tooling into professional workflows.
• Understand AI/LLM system behaviors and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Clarify priorities with engineering, design and research teams daily.
• Write sharp requirements and break down problems into testable increments.
• Instrument the product to monitor performance and drive business outcomes.
