Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of buy-side transaction experience in lower/middle-market credit or growth equities.
• Strong investment understanding of the technology sector.
• Personality / charisma / ability to interact with various investors (CEOs, CFOs, investors, etc).

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and originate new deals across the technology sector.
• Report to the founder/CIO.
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the company.
