Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, SaaS, cloud, data sharing, and vendor agreements.
• Advise on privacy, data security, and AI governance issues for the company.
• Support insurance underwriting operations and regulatory filings as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on data governance and contracting to business owners.
