Qualifications

• JD required.
• 6+ years of legal experience in technology, privacy, or AI governance.
• Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of privacy or data security laws (GLBA, FCRA) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates technology, SaaS, cloud, software licensing, data sharing, and professional services agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Maintains contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Helps maintain and operate the company’s privacy program and data protection compliance.
• Advises on legal and regulatory requirements governing information security programs.
• Serves as a legal resource to AI governance, including risk assessments and documentation.
