Job summary

Envision is seeking a Corporate Counsel to advise on privacy, data governance, AI, and procurement matters across the business. You will negotiate and draft technology contracts (SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, CSAs, BAAs) and help shape IT policies and AI governance.

The role collaborates with procurement, IT, compliance, revenue cycle, finance, and risk management to mitigate legal risk in a fast-paced healthcare environment and to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice law in at least one US state.
4+ years of in-house or law-firm experience, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft technology contracts including SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, CSAs, BAAs, and DPSAs.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in privacy, data retention, and data security.
Develop policies on privacy, data protection, and AI governance.
Support revenue cycle management vendor agreements and collections arrangements.
Provide actionable legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and workgroups.
