Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and bar admission where located.
• 10+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house in technology/ procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and review technology contracts.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem technologies and AI related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality legal advice to senior management and business partners.
• Negotiate vended AI tools, licensing, and technology product contracts.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and terms of use for technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Privacy, InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, Tax).
• Advise on regulatory developments impacting procurement and technology.
