Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, SRE, or telecommunications operations.
- Minimum of three years of experience leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DevOps and 24/7 SRE teams.
- Ensure high availability and performance of the call platform.
- Oversee telecom-related incident response and escalation management.
