Job summary

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
• Strong understanding of system development and infrastructure lifecycle, vendor best practices, IT Service Management, and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Work with Technology management, senior engineers, and support teams to implement and manage technical solutions.
• Involve infrastructure architecture, R&D of new or expanded systems, and creation of technology standards and policies.
• Elicit business requirements from partners and coordinate vendor resources as needed.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and review proposals and changes.
• Promote industry best practices, standards and risk controls.
