Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Support development of project roadmaps and plans.
• Provide analytical support for divisional and Bank-wide projects, including summary-level data analysis, interpretation, and development of actionable insights.
• Perform intermediate data manipulation and formatting using pivot tables, charts, and structured reporting to inform decision-making.
• Develop and produce ad-hoc and automated reports, including workflow, project status, and trend analysis.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into clear, concise summaries for senior leadership and stakeholder decision-making.
• Coordinate discussions and agenda development for regular meetings with internal program teams, senior leaders, and partner groups to drive alignment and progress.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned
