Responsibilities

• Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability.
• Drive architectural changes and own the path to resolve reliability or scalability issues.
• Partner with product teams in design, reviewing architectures and embedding golden paths.
• Scale Ramp by advancing cellular architecture to reach international markets with strong SLAs.
• Enable AI-native engineering by defining reusable AI infrastructure patterns.
• Build developer tooling and self-service infra so teams estimate cost and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and turn incidents into root-cause improvements.
• Lead cross-team architectural reviews and own company-wide reliability initiatives.
