Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, to shape the technical direction and own large-scale initiatives across multiple teams. You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and deliver high-availability systems for millions of endpoints.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Java software development for product applications.
• 5+ years designing and operating highly scalable systems.
• Experience solving complex system design challenges at scale, including bottlenecks and improvements.
• Expertise in API design and RESTful services with Spring Boot or Jersey.
• Relational database design, normalization, indexing, and large-scale querying.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture for complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and set technical standards across the organization.
• Own large-scale initiatives and ensure high availability and scalability.
