Job summary

NinjaOne in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead to shape the technical direction and own large-scale initiatives. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, high-availability services for millions of endpoints across our cloud platform.

You will work autonomously, partner with product and infra teams, and apply best practices while thoughtfully integrating AI-assisted tooling to improve coding, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

12+ years of Java software development for product applications.
5+ years designing and operating highly scalable systems.
Experience solving complex system design challenges at scale and bottlenecks.
Experience distributed-systems patterns (Saga, CQRS, outbox, circuit breaker, bulkhead, event sourcing, idempotency).

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architecture direction.
Make autonomous high-impact technical decisions.
Collaborate with product, infra, and engineering teams.
Mentor engineers and set technical standards.
Own large-scale, multi-team initiatives.
Advocate for quality and performance.
Apply AI tools responsibly in daily work.
