NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead to shape technical direction and own large-scale initiatives. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, high-availability architectures across cloud services handling millions of endpoints.

The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and applying AI-assisted approaches to engineering workflows. Location flexibility includes hybrid remote options in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and scalable system design.
• Experience with distributed-systems patterns and APIs.
• Proven mentoring and technical leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Influence architectural decisions and oversee complex solutions.
• Make high-impact technical choices with minimal oversight.
• Partner with product, infra, and engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards.
