Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in field force effectiveness, sales ops, CRM, or related pharma domains.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar managing developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and drive work plans for field AI solutions.
• Design scalable, compliant field reporting platforms and decision-support tools.
• Translate requirements into executable tasks and lead agile ceremonies.
