Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Technical Lead for Field Enablement & Reporting. You will mentor engineers, drive agile ceremonies, and align technical work with enterprise standards while partnering with security and vendor teams. Travel 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of pharma field operations / field force analytics experience.
• 2+ years as Tech Lead or engineering lead.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Experience in matrix organizations.
• Mentor and guide developers and vendor partners.
