Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for the KOL & External Engagement Platforms. You will design, build, and deliver scalable engagement and event management solutions, partnering with product owners and engineering teams to meet regulatory and security standards.

You will lead architecture, drive roadmaps, mentor engineers, and coordinate vendor work to ensure seamless CRM and analytics integrations for KOL, HCP, and patient programs across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in customer engagement, KOL management, or related pharma domains.
• 2+ years in Tech Lead/Engineering Manager roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise digital platforms.
• Experience mentoring developers and working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Technical Roadmap Development for the KOL & External Engagement Platforms.
• Partner with capability owners to design solutions and assess tradeoffs.
• Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and plans.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
• Lead technical delivery and drive work plans across platforms like HCP EngageNow, SpotMe, Cadence.
• Coordinate integration between engagement platforms and CRM/analytics systems.
• Ensure compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements for external engagement workflows.
• Mentor software engineers and organize cross-team problem solving.
