Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• 2+ years as Tech Lead or similar role involving hands-on technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that solve business problems and provide technical insight on capabilities and tradeoffs.
• Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure disciplined execution of the capability roadmap.
• Mentor and guide software engineers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Organize and direct vendor partners to execute technical work with alignment to priorities and standards.
• Travel 10-20% as required.
