Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience after bachelor's degree in campaign orchestration or related domains in pharma.
- 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, or engineering leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team and drive work plans for Campaign Planning platforms.
- Own integration with CRM, data platforms, and analytics systems for end‑to‑end campaigns.
- Translate requirements into executable technical tasks and guide agile ceremonies.
- Mentor software engineers and coordinate with vendor partners on delivery.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and standards across regions.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and UI designers to align technical and user needs.
