Wintrust seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager/AVP to lead IT initiatives with defined deliverables and governance through the Enterprise PMO. You will coordinate across IT, IS and vendors, ensuring plans, milestones and budgets are aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 5–10 years in financial services or large organizations, PMP/PMI credentials preferred, and a proven track record in leading technology projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience in Financial Services or large organizations
• PM certification such as PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP preferred
• CSM/PSM II/III preferred and experience with PM tools like Clarity

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to close for IT initiatives
• Interface with IT, IS, and vendors; coordinate with business units
• Maintain project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables; report progress and risks
• Manage budget, forecasts and governance artifacts in enterprise PMO
