• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Budgeting and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery routines, including kickoff and status reviews.
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to meet timelines.
• Provide status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Align execution with deliverable requirements with sponsors.
• Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate governance routines and tollgates.
• Produce program-level status reporting and key control indicators.
• Monitor budget, identify risks, and escalate variances.
