Capital Group in Southern California seeks a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead the Enterprise Aligned Technology Category within the Enterprise Sourcing Office. You will shape global sourcing strategies across AI, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Hardware and Technology Services, partnering with senior leaders to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology sourcing, category management, procurement, supplier management, or related discipline.
3+ years of people leadership experience coaching and leading teams.
Experience leading managers through growth, change and transformation.
Strong ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships across functions.
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead global Enterprise Aligned Technology Category Management across AI, Cloud Services, Enterprise Software, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Hardware and Tech Services.
Partner with senior Technology, Data, Finance, Risk, and business leaders to develop category strategies.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize technology investments and manage risk.
Lead complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships with significant business impact.
Coach and grow a team of category managers within the ESO transformation.
