Job summary
Capital Group seeks a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead the Enterprise Aligned Technology Category Management team. You will shape sourcing strategies across AI, cloud, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and services, partnering with senior leaders in Technology, Finance, Risk, and Legal to drive value and ownership.
You will mentor managers, influence executives, and align market insights with business goals while navigating competing priorities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology sourcing/category management/procurement experience.
- 3–5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Sourcing Office's technology category management for AI, cloud, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and services.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business and technology priorities.
- Lead negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships with significant financial impact.
- Grow and develop the category management team and drive governance and best practices.
